Bad Monkey Gaming duo Julia “juliano” Kiran and Ksenia “vilga” Kluenkova have decided to create their own team, which will play under Games4u.

Lauded as one of the best female teams in the scene, Bad Monkey Gaming cut a frustrating figure at Copenhagen Games last month, finishing fourth following defeats against Karma and 3DMAX.

Such a disappointing campaign came just weeks after BMG had secured a $15,000 payout by winning the Intel Challenge Katowice over German side CM Storm.

Upon returning home, Julia “juliano” Kiran and Ksenia “vilga” Kluenkova decided to leave the team and link up with Nikolett “nylon” Keszeli, Terri “KiTTy-KaT” Mulvey and Michaela “mimimicheater” Lintrup, three players from who had helped eSport Engine to reach the quarter-finals at the Danish event.

This brand new team, featuring players from five different countries, will be flying the flag of Games4u, who made headlines just before CPH Games when they brought on a male squad featuring Jerry “xelos” Råberg.

“After 1 month of searching for a perfect fit of players we’ve finally found what we were looking for,” Kiran said in a statement. It’s been difficult to find players that would match us and our goals but in the end it turned out to be very simple.

“After showing such great performances during go-female cup, in which we took first place, we felt like this was the team to go with. Since we entered like a single mix and managed to beat everyone in our way, we felt how strong we could be. Besides that the players shared same aspects and are hungry to make a statement in the CSGO scene.

“Today I’m also proud to say that we’ll step under the Games4u flag, who also share the same vision and goals for a team to reach their absolutely best form, regardless of gender.

“Their way to approach and take care of a team is really rare, therefore we chosed them. I can honestly say that this new lineup will make huge accomplishments and become the best team in the world. My gut has never proved me wrong.

“Thank you for all the support from Games4u and our fans, and I promise that we will not disappoint you.”

Games4u will set their sights on attending ESWC Montreal, which will have a $15,000 female tournament with eight teams in attendance. Their lineup stands as follows:

Julia “juliano” Kiran
 Ksenia “vilga” Kluenkova
 Nikolett “nylon” Keszeli
 Terri “KiTTy-KaT” Mulvey
 Michaela “mimimicheater” Lintrup
