ESL, alongside their partners ESEA, have announced the format that the ESL ESEA Pro League Dubai invitational will be held. This is a $250,000 tournament set in the most populous UAE city, and features 8 of the world’s best CS:GO teams to kick-off the second ESL ESEA Pro League season.

This announcement from ESL & ESEA includes the two groups that the eight invited teams will be in as well as the format the entire tournament will be held in. The groups are:

Group A: Team EnVyUs,, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Cloud9
Group B: fnatic, Team SoloMid, Natus Vincere, Titan

With our Ninjas in Group A we’re set for our first game to be against, the Polish team who knocked our side out at ESL One Cologne – so instant revenge is in the question straight away at this event in Dubai, which is set to kick-off the second season of the ESL ESEA Pro League. The groups are set to be BO1 GSL-style, which moves into a BO3 Quarter-Final + Semi-Final, before a BO5 grand final on the final day.

This event in Dubai is set to give away $250,000, with the lion’s share of it being given to first place ($100k). The Dubai Invitational runs from the 10-12th of September, so do tune in and watch our Ninjas take part in this event and start on their road to redemption.

More information is available on ESL’s post on their website, including streams and ticket availabilty for the event.
