Stefan “stfN” Seier has returned to UX Gaming after his ESL ban was overturned.
Stefan “stfN” Seier had come under fire after being banned by ESL pending the outcome of an investigation into claims that he had use an alternate account to play on ESL, which goes against the German tournament organiser’s rules.
Despite maintaining his innocent, the player was immediately given his marching orders by UX Gaming, whose Competitive Gaming Operator, Thomas “tomseN” Zwietasch, admitted to being “disappointed” to see the organisation involved in an alleged fraud case.
stfN has earned his place back in the team
Earlier on Friday, UX Gaming completed their active roster by recruiting former myRevenge player Bahadir “j1n” Dilbas. However, after learning that Seier’s ban had been revoked they gave the ex-MnM player his place back in the squad.
“I am glad that the issue got resolved and that I can start competing with my team again;” Seier told HLTV.org.
UX Gaming, who finished second in the last EPS Summer Cup, now have the following lineup:
Sebastian “xenn” Hoch
Christian “reamux” Wolf
Kevin “keev” Bartholomäus
Oliver Maximilian “Minato” Heck
Stefan “stfN” Seier
