Titan have been crowned Gamers Assembly champions following a 2-0 victory over LDLC White (16-13 on de_nuke and 16-12 on de_dust2).
Copenhagen Games and i54 dominated headlines and grabbed all the attention last weekend, but elsewhere there was another CS:GO tournament with a hefty prize purse and some quality teams in attendance.
Gamers Assembly 2015, held in Poitiers, featured a CS:GO tournament with $20,000 in cash prizes and 12 teams, three who were handed invites and nine who came through the offline qualifier, held on the first day of the event.
Titan came into the tournament as strong favourites to take home the big prize, and as expected they managed to top their group, albeit not unscathed as they were surprisingly downed 12-16 by subliminaL on de_cache.

The other group was topped by LDLC.Blue, who won four matches out of five, with Blgarian side GPlay, who picked up three victories and two draws, coming in second place.
The biggest surprise of the quarter-final stage came with LDLC Blue being eliminated by beGenius, who would go on to force a third map out of LDLC White in the semi-finals.
Titan, too, were handed a scare in the last-four stage by GPlay, who won the first map of the series, but Kévin “Ex6TenZ” Droolans’s men picked themselves up and emerged victorious on the following two maps.
The former Platinium-eSports team gave Titan a run for their money in the grand final and came really close to surprising their opponents on the first map, but in the end the experience of the French giants prevailed as they picked up a 16-13 victory on de_nuke and a 16-12 success on de_dust2.
